Bappa Is Coming: Celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with Chatkazz

Ganesh Chaturthi lights up everything. Streets glow with diyas. You hear bells. You smell ghee, saffron, cardamom. Families get busy. Friends stop by with sweets. Kitchens turn into little temples. Everyone’s getting ready for Bappa.

At Chatkazz, we believe food is how we celebrate. Every year, we make a special Ganesh Chaturthi menu that feels like home. No shortcuts. Just care, patience, and proper ingredients.

This year’s menu is out now until 6th September 2025, available at our stores in Adelaide, Canberra, and Sydney.

Whether you're hosting a big puja, taking prasad to work, or just lighting a diya at home — we’d love to be part of your celebration.

What Ganesh Chaturthi Means to Us

For many of us at Chatkazz, this festival is full of memories. Watching modaks cool under cloth. Nani knowing how much ghee just by feel. The moment Bappa gets the first sweet before anyone else does.

We know what it’s like to miss home during festivals. That’s why we make food that brings you back—back to smells, tastes, and feelings you grew up with.

Our kitchen works slow and honest. We roast, we grind, we mix with care. No rush. No drama. Just flavour that feels right, and food that smells like a prayer.

Ganesh Chaturthi Special Menu
Until 6th Sept 2025 | Adelaide • Canberra • Sydney

Here's what we’ve made for you this year:

1. Kesar Modak
Soft, buttery, rich with mawa, and full of real saffron. We keep the sugar light so you taste the spices first.
Tip: Warm it for 10–12 seconds to bring the ghee aroma back before the aarti.

2. Pista Modak
Nutty, mellow, smooth. Made for those who love pistachios. Topped with slivers for crunch.
Try this: Pair with warm saffron milk after aarti. It's calm in a cup.

3. Churma Ladoo
Tastes like your childhood. Toasty, jaggery-sweet, and full of ghee. Soft, warm, and comforting.
Good to know: They travel well. Great for sharing or gifting.

4. Motichur Ladoo
The festive icon. Tiny pearls, fried just right, soaked in syrup, and shaped with care. Tastes festive, looks beautiful.
Tip: Place around the diya for that photo-worthy aarti plate.

Heads up: We make fresh batches all day, but items may run out. For bulk or group orders, call your local Chatkazz early.

How We Keep It Real

Here’s what makes our prasad feel right:

  • Good stuff only. Fresh mawa, clean ghee, stone-ground flours, top-quality saffron and nuts.

  • Small batches. We watch the heat, the texture, everything.

  • Balanced flavours. You’ll taste the ingredients, not just sugar.

  • Clean prep. Gloves on. Boxes sealed. Everything packed safe.

  • Respect. We treat prasad the way it’s meant to be treated.

Packaged to Travel

No matter where you’re headed — a friend’s home, a temple, or your own flat across town — our packaging keeps the sweets safe and fresh.

  • Strong boxes. No smushed modaks.

  • Breathable design. No sogginess.

  • Different sizes. For one plate or many.

  • Labels with best-before and warming tips.

May your days be sweet, your path smooth, and your heart full.
